My long training 16-mile run had me running by a number of small diners in Des Moines, and every time I would smell hashbrowns and bacon wafting out the front door or through their vents. That was the last thing I wanted to smell on an empty stomach with 8 miles to go in my run, but it did get me to making this video.

I know I have used spaghetti squash in other recipes in the past, but it works well in this recipe too. Essentially after you boil it for 20-25 minutes, the stringy interior just flakes out with a fork. At that point, fry it with butter in a skillet until golden brown on both sides. Top with your favorite ingredients.
