The plant-based diet movement needs to embrace the raw-vegan lifestyle as another version (the healthiest version in my opinion) of veganism, although there’s not enough published medical literature in the subject, the anecdotal evidence of thousands of people cannot be ignored. Despite being vegan for my health, I am also Vegan at heart: animals are here with us, not for us.
