A lot of people have been asking us to put together a meal plan for starting keto…so here it is! If you haven’t checked out the first 2 videos on this series be sure to do that, as it gives some info on the meals we have featured in this day of eating. This video is all about eating keto on a budget. We limit ourselves to $5 a day for food and this is an example day of eating keto on a budget of $5. At first glance that might seem like an impossible mission, especially on a keto diet. We found it to be surprisingly easy with the help of some deals at the local super market and a little bit of planning. Eating keto on a budget is totally doable and actually restricts you to only shopping for essentials, which can be good for those people just getting started on a ketogenic diet, even if budget isn’t a concern. We will be releasing subsequent videos in this series. We have 1 video that takes you through our $5 a day grocery haul, and another that shows how to prep everything we got at the grocery store.
