As a psychologist, I believe that correcting misconceptions about how weight can be effectively managed is really important. We need good information to make solid decisions about our future.

It is only when we make good decisions that we will be satisfied with our life because our health is central to feeling good and doing whatever activities we want to do. Even if the activity is sitting in a chair comfortably! That is what I couldn’t do that set me on this journey. And now, with a bit of knowledge and consistent effort (which has honestly become very easy), I’m happier than I’ve ever been with my body and my activities.
