Only 2 more weeks left. After the next two weeks, I will do a 30 day juice fast where I hope to lose 30 pounds, but any loss greater than 10 pounds will be a great achievement. I will continue to do the P90X workout routine for the weight lifting, but will not be doing the cardio workouts in it. I will just be walking at least three days a week. My goal is to conquer my social anxiety by getting out of the house more, and losing weight, so I don’t see why walking outdoors wouldn’t help that. The hardest part is leaving the house.
