This is my journey to lose 100 pounds for the 3rd and final time. It would have stayed off last time, and I was doing so well maintaining weight, but I got pregnant and had a condition that made me depressed and unable to walk. Therefore I ate. I have been binge free for several months and have been losing weight slowly. I am ONE pound away from having my first 50 pound weight loss video. I hope to have a short video of that transformation (although it is not that spectacular). I know 50 pounds is a lot, but it is not showing that well on my body. When I am 100 pounds down, you will be able to tell more of a difference. My height is 5’0″ and my current weight is 250.
My highest weight ever, was 333 pounds. I started losing the pregnancy weight in February of 2013 at 299 pounds. I have lost almost 50 pounds in 4 months – most of that weight loss was from water fasting. I will juice fast in a little over a week from now and am going to try to do a 30 day juice fast with nothing but fresh juice and lots of water.
