In today’s video I show you everything in I eat in a day while on the paleo diet. We have been eating paleo for a few weeks now and it isn’t as hard as it seems! I make a few tweaks to make it more sustainable for my lifestyle, but overall paleo eating is very accommodating and makes me feel great.

TO MAKE MY PALEO HOMEMADE COLE SLAW –
Put 1 pack of premixed broccoli slaw into a large bowl and add about 1/2 cup paleo approved mayo, about 2 tablespoons paleo approved dijon mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste, about 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar and a few splashes of apple cider vinegar. Mix together until everything is well combined. If you would like it a thicker consistency, add more mayo, if you want it more runny add more apple cider vinegar.

TO MAKE MY PALEO CHICKEN WINGS –
Clean chicken wings, season with salt and pepper and any other seasonings of your choice. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk an egg and coat chicken in egg and then add arrowroot powder or tapioca flour to bowl and mix until all the wings have a nice coating of “batter” all over them. Place wings on a wire rack on top of a baking sheet and spray with olive oil cooking spray. Bake for about 30 minutes.
For the sauce, fry up like 10 cloves of garlic in a few tablespoons of ghee. Add a cup of Frank’s Red Hot to the pot and let cook on low until the wings are done. Toss wings in the sauce. If you like super wet, saucy wings serve as is. If you want them a little dryer put them back in the oven for a few minutes to let the sauce cook into the chicken.
