4 cups water

Sukuma WIki:
2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 bunch collard leaves
2-3 large mushrooms
1 small sweet yellow pepper
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsp each cumin & turmeric
Cayenne pepper and/or black pepper to taste
1 bunch cilantro
1 cup water
